How do I register for the conference?

Ans: You can register for the SFE Conference by visiting the official SFE Conference website. Once you complete the payment, you will need to fill out the required registration form to finalize your registration.


Are there any discounts for group registrations?

What is the submission deadline for abstracts/papers?

Ans: The deadline for abstract and paper submissions is 30 days before the conference. Please ensure that you submit your work via the conference submission portal before the deadline.


Can I present virtually at the conference?

Ans: Yes, the SFE Conference offers both physical and virtual presentation options. If you are unable to attend in person, you can present remotely via the virtual platform.


Will there be a certificate of participation?

Ans: Yes, all participants will receive a Certificate of Participation after attending the conference. Presenters will receive an additional Certificate of Presentation.


What technical support will be available for virtual presentations?

Ans: We provide full technical support for virtual presenters, including a dedicated support team to assist with any technical issues during your session.


How will I know if my abstract or paper is accepted?

Ans: Once you submit your abstract or paper, you will receive an acceptance notification via email within 2-3 days. You will be informed whether your submission has been accepted for either physical or virtual presentation.


What are the payment options for registration?

Ans: You can pay the registration fee through online payment, bank transfer, or PayPal. Detailed payment instructions will be provided during the registration process.


Will my paper be published in a journal?

Ans: Yes, selected papers will be published in Scopus, WOS, or Google Scholar indexed journals. Further publication details will be provided after paper acceptance.


What is included in the registration fee?

Ans: The registration fee covers access to all conference sessions (onsite or online), conference materials, a Certificate of Participation, and coffee breaks and lunch for onsite participants.


Is there parking available at the venue?

Ans: Parking details will be provided once the venue is confirmed. Information on nearby parking options will be shared closer to the event.
