Publishing Procedure - SFE Conferences

The SFE Conference follows a streamlined and clear process for authors to have their research published. Below are the steps involved:

1. Article Submission

Initial Submission:
Authors submit their research article along with all required details, including:

Title of the paper

Author names

Affiliations

Abstract

Keywords

Introduction

Conclusion

References

(in Microsoft Word DOC or DOCX format)
Ensure that your paper is formatted according to the conference's submission guidelines before submitting.

2. Copyright Form Submission

Copyright Transfer Form:
After submitting the article, authors must fill out and submit the Copyright Transfer Form. This form is mandatory to transfer the copyright of the paper to the conference for publication

Play an active role in the execution of the conference program structure and scientific agenda, ensuring all aspects align with SFE’s mission.

3. Peer Review Process

If the article is being reviewed for a journal that follows a peer review process, it will be assessed for quality and academic merit. Authors may be asked to make revisions based on feedback from the journal's editorial team or external reviewers

4. Forwarding to Collaborated Journal Team

Once the article and copyright form are received, the paper is forwarded to the collaborated journal team for review and publication. The paper will be considered for publication in one of the journals affiliated with SFE.

5. Revisions (if applicable)

If the journal requires revisions based on the peer review process, authors will be notified and asked to make the necessary changes. The revised version must be submitted within the specified timeframe.

6. Camera-Ready Paper Submission

After acceptance and revisions (if any), authors will need to submit the camera-ready version of their paper in the required format for final publication.

7. Publication Fee Requirement

Scopus-Indexed Journal Publication:
Articles will be published in Scopus-indexed journals for authors who have registered for presentation with Scopus publication. The Scopus publication fee must be paid during registration to ensure your paper is included in these journals.

Publication in Google Scholar-Indexed Journals:
Authors who opt for publication will have their articles published in Google Scholar-indexed journals. This option is available to authors who do not select Scopus publication but still want their work to be recognized in an academic context.

8. Publication in Journal

Publication:
After approval, the paper will be published in the selected journal. Authors will be notified once their paper is accepted for publication, and the details of the publication will be shared.

9. Sharing the Publication Link

Publication Link:
Once the paper is officially published, the publication link will be shared with the authors. This link can be used to access the published article and share it with a broader academic audience

By following the steps outlined above and ensuring the publication fee is paid, authors will ensure that their research is properly reviewed, published, and shared with a global audience. We are committed to making sure your work receives the attention it deserves and contributes to the advancement of knowledge in your field.
